Dr. Mohammad Kazemifard

In the AppliedEmotion group, we are seeking to utilize emotions and affective computing in daily life applications to have better communication with humans. All the projects are about the design and implementation of applications that can sense and respond to emotional states of users without using extra hardware. Most of our projects capture emotions from usual devices such as the mouse, keyboard, touch screens, text inputs, and observational behavior of users. Then a user model is created based on the user’s emotion to regulate emotions. Our vision is to emotionalize the mechanized world. If you have such a vision, do not hesitate to contact us.
